Returns & Exchanges


In SMOLL republic, the satisfaction of our clients is the most important thing, for this reason we take very seriously to ensure that each piece you buy in our stores has never been previously used.

As a consequence, hygiene care is a fundamental factor when it comes to costume jewelery and / or articles that have direct contact with the skin.

We are very strict with changes for this reason and our clients understand it as one more effort that they receive a very careful item and with the maximum guarantees of hygiene.

For those same hygiene reasons, NO changes are made to Earrings under any circumstances.

If your pieces don't convince you or you prefer them in another size or color, you have a deadline maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request your change.

Accepted options to access the change:

· Change of size and / or color.
· Exchange for another product of equal or greater amount.

To make a change send an email to indicating:

1. Order number.

2. Reason for change.

3. The item (s) you want to exchange and for which.

As soon as we receive your email and accept the change, we will provide you with the address of our offices so that you can send us the order to be changed. If you want to change a product for a different one of a different amount, the difference must be paid by bank transfer.

In all cases, the item to be exchanged must be in the same state in which it was received,with original and intact packaging and labeling, properly packaged and properly protected. Products that have been used, as well as damaged or broken as a result of lack of care or negligence will not be accepted. If so, no changes can be made.

All costs associated with a change will be paid by the buyer, unless the items have been delivered in poor condition.

We do not take charge of changes that do not reach our offices, so we recommend sending the order by certified mail.


We generally do not accept returns, only in the rare case that you have received a defective product.

In that case,you must notify us at hello@ within 24 hours from receipt of order including photo. Once notified, we will indicate the procedure to follow. At the time of receipt of the return, another equal item will be sent without additional costs for the customer.e.
