What does the SMOLL republic 3 Year Guarantee consist of?
Each SMOLL republic piece is covered by a 3 (three) year Warranty when accompanied by valid proof of purchase. This Guarantee applies to all of our products worldwide, regardless of where you purchased them.
This means that within 3 (three) years, if your part needs repair, we will provide you with the best solution.
In the particular case that your part cannot be repaired, SMOLL republic will offer you the best solution in each case, either replacing it with another model or models, or in any case issuing a credit in your favor for the corresponding amount.
Depending on whether you made your purchase at one of our points of sale, or made it online, follow the instructions for the option that best describes how you purchased or received your piece.

If you have an original printed receipt from the SMOLL republic store, it is as simple as going to the nearest point of sale and asking our team for assistance. If you do not have proof of purchase in your possession, we may still be able to help you locate your receipt if you have the bank receipt, know the date of purchase or some information that helps us locate the transaction. In any case we will find a way to provide you with further assistance on how to proceed if not.
If you have a purchase confirmation email to which we sent the e-ticket, you can use your email inbox to locate it. This option is the one we recommend as the best in all cases.

Remember to detail the order number, the incident with your part and, if possible, attach photographs of what you need to repair, this will help us deal with your case more quickly and offer you the best solution.

If you have proof of purchase (gift ticket), you can go to any of our points of sale with it, or if you do not have one close to your location, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, our team will respond to you within the next 24 hours. Alternatively, if you did not receive a gift ticket, please contact the buyer for a copy of proof of purchase. Yeah! We accept many types of proof of purchase, but if you can't find yours, don't worry, you can still take advantage of our repair service if applicable, for a very reasonable fee. This will also activate a new 3 year warranty on your part.

How do I know in which cases the 3 Year Guarantee applies?
There is a wide variety of situations that may require our assistance and we will always try to find the best one in each case. Here we present some of them:
- My piece has lost color, shine or has darkened:
Each SMOLL republic piece is created with the best materials (316 steel, 14K and 18K gold plating) and subjected to exhaustive quality tests before being put on sale, however there may be cases in which the PH of the skin, certain Corrosive products and other external elements deteriorate the piece unexpectedly and in advance. Therefore, we suggest that you review our tips on How to Take Care of Your Pieces to avoid this. In any case, if you consider that your piece has deteriorated due to a manufacturing problem, go to one of our points of sale or write to us at a email@example.com, our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours evaluating your case. We can inspect your part and repair it, replace it or issue a credit to you if we are out of stock.
- My piece has lost or dropped a stone:
If you have managed to preserve the stone we will be able to repair your piece more quickly. In case you have lost the stone or stones, go to one of our points of sale or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours evaluating your case. We can inspect your part and repair it, replace it or issue a credit to you if we are out of stock.
- I have lost a hitch or part of a piece, the chain has broken:
These types of situations can occasionally arise from misuse or neglect in the treatment of the piece, so we must evaluate each case that has occurred and how we can help you. If you have managed to keep the loose or unhooked elements, it will be easier to consider the best solution. We can inspect your part and repair it, replace it or issue a credit to you if we are out of stock.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we have stock of each model in our collection permanently, so it is possible that we will not be able to replace your part, so we will evaluate your case and offer you the best solution.
If your part is outside our 3 (three) Year Warranty, don't worry, we can still repair your part with our Lifetime Repair Service for a small fee. This will also activate a new 3 (three) year warranty on your part.

We understand how annoying it can be to lose an earring, a pendant on a chain, a piece lost during a bath, etc. Unfortunately in this extreme case we will not be able to offer you a solution, our 3 (three) year Guarantee does not cover the loss or theft of any part.
